GenAgents Studio

Minimalist and adaptive UI, AI driven UX personalization, designing for immersive multi surface experiences.

          PROBLEM, building an agent meant editing config by hand, so only engineers could try an idea.
          CONSTRAINT, one canvas had to hold tools, knowledge and memory without hiding what the agent would do.
          APPROACH, a single agent canvas, configuration beside it, deploy always one step away.
          OUTCOME, non engineers assemble and ship an agent themselves, and reviews start from one shared picture.
        

Experience Studio

No code and low code UI design, data driven design and UX analytics, journey mapping and user flows. A builder where non engineers assemble a conversational flow and watch it behave.

          PROBLEM, conversational flows lived in specs and only became real once engineering built them.
          CONSTRAINT, the builder had to stay usable by people who have never drawn a flow chart.
          APPROACH, drag in blocks, connect them, and watch the preview answer the way a customer would.
          OUTCOME, teams draft and test a flow in an afternoon instead of waiting on a build cycle.

AI Health Agent

Data driven design and UX analytics, journey mapping, ethical UX practices. Clinical notes and care plans, with an assistant that has to be useful without ever overstating what it knows.

          PROBLEM, clinicians lose time hunting through a record while the patient is in front of them.
          CONSTRAINT, the assistant can never overstate what it knows, every claim has to be traceable.
          APPROACH, the record stays the centre, the assistant sits beside it and cites the source of each answer.
          OUTCOME, faster answers on the chart, with a visible trail a clinician can check before acting.
        

Telephony Studio

An agent desktop for live calls, where every extra glance costs the customer time.

          PROBLEM, agents juggled the call, the transcript and the customer record across separate windows.
          CONSTRAINT, nothing can move or reflow mid call, the caller waits on every glance.
          APPROACH, one desktop, call controls on the left, live transcript and suggested next step on the right.
          OUTCOME, less hunting during a call, and shorter handling time on the calls that used to stall.

How I Think

I do not limit myself to design. I think like a founder, reason like a strategist, and solve like a builder.

Entrepreneurial thinking

Products are bets. Founding two startups taught me the cost of every decision, so when I argue for a design I can also say what it earns and what it risks.

Critical thinking

I question assumptions and pressure test ideas against real constraints. The most useful question in a review is still the simplest one, what happens if this is wrong.

Problem solving

From ambiguity to a shipped solution. AI agents, telephony, health records, the domains change, the method does not, find the real constraint then design the shortest honest path through it.

ParkMeApp, 2016

Director, 2019 to 2021, Colombo

A digitalized parking solution for a city that had run out of patience. Parking is a boring problem with an impatient user, which is a gift, because success is obvious and unforgiving.

          THE BET, drivers trade a habit for thirty saved seconds, if the app asks almost nothing in return.
          WHAT I LEARNED, distribution is a design problem. A flow nobody hears about is a flow nobody uses.
          THE RESULT, four of the six awards on this page.

Ceffectz, 2014

Director, 2014 to 2019, Colombo

A digital agency built on the belief that a small team with taste and discipline can outrun a large one. I founded it, sold the work, designed the work, and learned that those are one job, not three.
